I feel like this review sounds like a commercial but I can promise you it is genuine. You will just need a friend to help you move it to its final location. The videos Linda sent to help me set it up made the process simple. The price is fair, the shipping was smooth and the packing was strong.

I began with real pinball but landed on virtual due to the maintenance and incredible number of games (just like other reviewers, you will play forever and barely crack the surface). I enjoy pinball but I started my search as a newbie. It is an amazing centerpiece to my home even if it did nothing and sat there (it looks that sharp) but then you get 863 games, a real feel, popping audio and more. Once I was ready to buy, I ordered custom graphics and the graphics team took my idea and brought it to life. Linda replied timely and with detailed answers to each one. I started with simple emails and had numerous questions. I am just so incredibly happy with my pinball machine and Custom Multicades was outstanding every single step of the way. If you want great service go with Custom Multicades. If you want to get a pinball machine get a virtual. If you are thinking of getting a pinball machine forget old school (breaks my heart to say that) because the older machines can break, are expensive to repair unless you are good at component level electronics, and you only have that 1 game to play. I have played every day since I got it and I have only scratched the surface of what is there. There are so many games it is hard to fathom. I would have played the other for a couple of weeks and gotten bored. I have played that game a bit and I am so glad I have over 800 others to play. Anyway, Custom Multicades answered my emails and have never not answered mail or phone.
Most did not answer emails or phone calls. The videos all seemed hard to believe but I searched around for different suppliers. In my search for another machine I stumbled upon virtual pinball. I was in the market for a pinball machine and had attempted to purchase an old school game but that deal fell through. It took a bit longer to get than usual because of the virus situation but it was more than worth it. I have had my pinball machine since the end of September.
